Each piece is made and packaged with great care, so I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate address. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please check with your carrier, leasing office, mail room, or neighbors if a package cannot be located.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Mikayla Mohr is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery via email (mikaylamohrcollective@gmail.com) with photos of the item and packaging.
